Dheeraj Nayyar Named ACCSCIENT Employee of the Year 2022

Dheeraj Nayyar joined Norwin’s India operations in early 2022 as the VP of PS Delivery and has led from the beginning in both his words and deeds.

Dheeraj has stabilized the Dell Managed Services (DTMS) business and Remote Delivery Center (RDC) while growing relationships in Dell Consulting and VMware. These efforts have positioned Norwin for growth in 2023. He has focused the leadership team on six critical workstreams designed to increase our employee satisfaction, retention, operational agility, “branding” in the marketplace, and management performance.

 Dheeraj played a critical role in the pursuit that ultimately landed the Cummins migration contract. This work represents our biggest opportunity to evolve Norwin Technologies into a services delivery organization.
