For the professional services organization, Norwin provided a dedicated Residency practice, allowing RoundTower to meet client needs for mid to long-term non-project technical resources without cannibalizing their own resource pool.


They were also able to support the dynamic needs of the project-based services organization, providing talent across a wide range of skills from datacenter implementation, security controls, cloud, application development, and ServiceNow. In the managed services arena, Norwin was also supported the rapidly scaling business while providing the flexibility RoundTower required. To maximize profits without sacrificing quality, RoundTower leveraged offshore resourcing for commoditized activities such as service desk, project management, and onboarding. For unique client requirements, Norwin was able to provide entire teams with multiple shift models to support offerings such as a dedicated service desk or Network Operating Centers.
