In 2015, client RoundTower Technologies was looking to transform from a successful value-added reseller of datacenter technologies into a comprehensive technology ecosystem solutions and services powerhouse.

Solution

Norwin was able to support RoundTower’s tremendous growth in both their professional and managed services divisions, providing access to outstanding talent from onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. For the professional services organization, Norwin provided a dedicated Residency practice, allowing RoundTower to meet client needs for mid to long-term non-project technical resources without cannibalizing their own resource pool.

 

They were also able to support the dynamic needs of the project-based services organization, providing talent across a wide range of skills from datacenter implementation, security controls, cloud, application development, and ServiceNow. This allowed RoundTower to achieve their goal of offering the broadest portfolio of capabilities to their clients, while still offering flexible and economically viable engagement models.

 

In the managed services arena, Norwin was also supported the rapidly scaling business while providing the flexibility RoundTower required. To maximize profits without sacrificing quality, RoundTower leveraged offshore resourcing for commoditized activities such as service desk, project management, and onboarding. For unique client requirements, Norwin was able to provide entire teams with multiple shift models to support offerings such as a dedicated service desk or Network Operating Centers. With a singular focus on quality and customer experience, RoundTower turned to Norwin to help them deliver these results without impacting their clients.
