As our Chief Human Resources Officer, Issac Jayaraj is an accomplished leader with a track record of 30+ years of HR leadership experience with large global companies across multiple industries. He has successfully led large organizations through various corporate transformations. He is recognized for constantly delivering forward-thinking and creative talent solutions that drive strong, sustained business results. Issac excels in preparing organizations to navigate change and to leverage talent as a key enabler for success.
He is a sought after speaker in various HR and leadership forums. He brings expertise in the areas of leading and driving transformation, leading HR innovation, mergers & acquisitions, building leadership bench strength, talent management and driving results through influence.
Issac has a Bachelors in Sociology and an MBA with specialization in human resources from India’s prestigious XLRI institute for management. He has several certifications in coaching and psychometric testing among others. Over the course of his professional career he has lived and worked in 4 different countries and has been based in Texas for the last 20 years.
